Become a Facilitator

There comes a moment when a personal practice becomes something more.

What starts as creating cards with images, intuition, and curiosity slowly unfolds into a profound journey of self-discovery. You begin to see patterns, hear your inner voice more clearly, and connect with parts of yourself that have been waiting to be acknowledged. For many people, this journey naturally leads to a new question:

How can I share this transformative process with others?

SoulCollage® facilitator training hybrid (english)

Who is this training for?

This training may be perfect for you if you:

  • Are passionate about personal growth and self-discovery
  • Work as a coach, therapist, counselor, teacher, facilitator, or healer
  • Want to add a creative and intuitive method to your professional work
  • Feel called to help others access their own wisdom
  • Value community, mutual respect, and lifelong learning
  • Are curious about creativity, symbolism, intuition, and transformation

No artistic experience is required. What matters most is your willingness to explore, learn, and share the process with others.

Laura Voogd

'What a powerful instrument'

'Lucy is a wonderful trainer - gentle, strong, and wise. She created a safe environment, a nurturing space, as if it were a womb. She was very pleasant, open, and warm. I felt free to be myself and to express myself, to bring out all kinds of personalities. There was no judgment, and that was liberating.'

    1. A creative and intuitive way of working

Many professionals are looking for methods that go beyond words and concepts. SoulCollage® offers a direct experience that allows people to access intuition, creativity, insight, and transformation through images and personal reflection.

The beauty of the process is its accessibility. No artistic talent is required. Anyone with a pair of scissors and some images can create meaningful cards and discover powerful insights.

  • Groep SoulCollage coaches

    2. A gentle yet profound method of self-care

SoulCollage® offers a compassionate approach to personal growth and healing. Through the cards, participants explore different aspects of themselves and learn to listen to their inner guidance with curiosity and respect.

Many facilitators appreciate how the process combines depth with gentleness, making it suitable for a wide range of individuals and settings.

For those seeking a deeper connection with their purpose, SoulCollage® can become a powerful spiritual practice. It invites people to embrace both light and shadow, uncover deeper wisdom, and develop greater trust in their inner knowing.

Facilitators often find that the training not only equips them to guide others, but also profoundly deepens their own personal journey.

How to create safe, supportive, and non-judgmental learning environments.

How to adapt SoulCollage® for different groups, themes, and individual needs.

How to become part of the international SoulCollage® community and network of facilitators worldwide.

Practical information about leading workshops and what’s involved. You’ll get helpful tips and ideas for organizing them.

Ethical challenges that may arise when working with individuals and groups using the SoulCollage® method.

Esther Witjes

'A beautiful journey of discovery, connection and insight.'

“It was such a beautiful journey to share with this wonderful group of people. The program was clear and gave us plenty of room to ask questions and share our own ideas. I loved the conversations with fellow participants, the time spent with our cards, and learning through practicum experience to address the theory of the method. The trainer brought so much knowledge and warmth, with a genuine eye for each person. The whole experience felt like a warm bath.”

Prerequisites for this training

No degrees or certifications are necessary to take this training. However, you must complete all five requirements before attending. If you decide to sign up, please make time to complete them before the training starts.

This is a training, not a retreat. The preparation is necessary: you’ll be working with your own cards throughout the training, and you, your trainer and your fellow participants will benefit from everyone having practised the basics.

01

Read SoulCollage® Evolving

Read SoulCollage® Evolving by Seena Frost. The book is also available in Dutch

02

Listen to Introduction to SoulCollage®

Listen to Introduction to SoulCollage®, the digital audio introduction created by SoulCollage® founder Seena Frost. The download is included with your training.

03

Make and give voice to at least 14 cards

Before attending the training, you need at least four cards in each of the Committee, Community and Council suits, and at least two cards in the Companions suit. Make and name these cards, and practise speaking from their voices.

Fourteen cards is the bare minimum: you’ll use your own cards extensively during the training. More cards are better.

A strong, ongoing personal practice of SoulCollage® is essential for facilitators. Building your deck and working with your cards regularly deepens your understanding of the method and your ability to share it effectively with others.

Participants are expected to have already developed a good working knowledge of SoulCollage®, supported by practical experience making cards and giving them voice.

04

Complete a qualifying Introductory Course

Take a SoulCollage® Introductory Course led by a trained SoulCollage® Facilitator or Facilitator Trainer. The course must meet all of these requirements:

  • It takes place in a group of at least three people.
  • It lasts at least six hours. Two shorter workshops are fine if they add up to six hours; lunch does not count towards this time.
  • You make cards and learn to interpret them using the I Am One Who… process.
  • The SoulCollage® principles are covered, and the history of SoulCollage® is discussed.
  • You received an explanation of the four suits and the transpersonal cards.
05

Practise the key SoulCollage® activities

Before the training, practise giving voice to your cards using the I Am One Who… activity.

Also do a SoulCollage® Reading: ask a question, randomly choose four cards from your deck and let those cards answer your question. You’ll learn how to do this during the Introductory Course.

'It was a very deepening and connecting training'

'For me it was the whole package that worked for me. I found the group activities challenging sometimes, because of old personal patterns, but Lucy, and the other participants and my own strength helped me through it. It was a very deepening and connecting training, it was beautiful and I feel really grateful to have attended this course.'
