Frequently asked questions

SoulCollage® workshops

Do I need experience?

No, you do not need any experience to participate in a SoulCollage® workshop.

SoulCollage® is not about artistic skills or being "creative" in the traditional sense. It is an intuitive and accessible process where you work with images to explore your inner world. Anyone can participate and gain something valuable from it.

In workshops for beginners, you will be guided step-by-step, allowing you to get acquainted with the method in a relaxed and safe way. There is no right or wrong; your cards are created naturally by choosing and combining images.

For those who already have experience, there are in-depth workshops and retreats to continue working on personal development and specific themes.

So, you can start wherever you are now, at your own pace, and discover what SoulCollage® can mean for you.

What should I bring?

For in-person workshops, all materials are provided, so you don't need to bring anything. However, feel free to bring your own images or magazines if you wish.

If you already have SoulCollage® cards, you are invited to bring them.

For online workshops, you will need to provide your own materials, such as images or magazines, scissors, glue, and sturdy cardboard. You will receive clear and practical information in advance, so you can easily prepare everything. If you like, you can also order these materials from my webshop.

The most important thing is to bring yourself and be open to the process.

How long does a workshop last?

The duration of a SoulCollage® workshop varies depending on its format.

Online workshops usually consist of 2 to 4 sessions, averaging about 3 hours per session. In-person workshops range from one-day gatherings to multi-day workshops or retreats.

The exact duration can be found in the workshop description.

Are there any online options?

Yes, you can also participate in SoulCollage® workshops online.

Online workshops consist of 1 or more sessions in which you are guided step-by-step, just like in physical meetings. We also work in small subgroups, so there is room for exchange and personal attention.

Beforehand, you will receive a clear invitation email with practical information and the link for the online meeting, so you can participate well prepared.

You work from your own space, at your own pace.

This way, you can participate wherever you are.

What does a workshop cost?

The cost of a SoulCollage® workshop varies by format and duration.

At Life Creations, you can start with a free mini-workshop where you'll learn the basics of SoulCollage®. Subsequent workshops start from approximately €60, depending on the format and structure.

In-depth workshops, training sessions, or retreats (lasting one or more days) have a different price, depending on the duration, location, and intensity.

You will always find the exact price in the workshop description.

About the SoulCollage® workshops

working intuitively with images

My SoulCollage® workshops, facilitator trainings, and retreats invite you to experience insight and depth through working with images. Creating personal SoulCollage® cards is an essential part of this process and helps to make themes visible that are not always easy to put into words. By choosing, observing, and reflecting, clarity and direction gradually emerge.

There are workshops for beginners where you can get to know the method in an accessible way, as well as more in-depth workshops and SoulCollage retreats where you can work more intensively on your personal development. The SoulCollage® workshops range from introductory sessions to thematic and advanced formats and are suitable for both personal growth and professional application.

You can join online SoulCollage workshops or attend in-person workshops, depending on what suits you best. This also includes options for those looking for a SoulCollage workshop UK, as all workshops are accessible online. All workshops are conducted in English, making them suitable for participants from the UK as well as other English-speaking and international participants. This ensures there is always a format that fits your pace, your needs, and your way of learning.
