Shipping policy
Order status
After you have placed your order, the current status of your order can be viewed in your account. In addition, you will be informed of changes in the order status via e-mail.
Delivery
Items are shipped via parcel post and letter post (letter post only in the Netherlands).
For delivery by post, please make sure that you receive an undamaged parcel from the postman. If in doubt, we recommend opening the parcel in the presence of the postman to determine any damage. If you accept a damaged or opened parcel, you tacitly agree to the delivery of the parcel, including any damage. If there is any damage please contact us at info@lucyschaaphok.nl.
Orders cannot be collected.
Delivery time
If you pay directly (via iDEAL, PayPal, Bankcontact, KBC or Visa and Mastercard, klarna, the order will be shipped within 3 working days (mostly the same working day).
After-sales service
It may happen that an ordered article is not in stock. If this article can be sent by post, the rest of your order will be sent immediately. When an item has to be sent by parcel post, you will be contacted.
