"For me, SoulCollage® is an important addition to my life and work. I apply it in various coaching programs in my work as a coach, supervisor, and intervision facilitator."
SoulCollage® consists of two parts: making cards and reading the cards. In addition, there are various exercises to work with the cards in more depth
Clients choose images that capture their attention and use them to create a collage on a card. The process is intuitive and follows what emerges at that moment.
SoulCollage® has a fixed, described reading process. In this, you speak from the card, starting with:
“I am the one who…”
From this opening sentence, the card gains a voice. This helps to intuitively explore the image further and give it meaning.
Applications in coaching and therapy
SoulCollage® can be used in various ways. The method can be adapted to the working method of the coach or therapist.
To support insight and reflection. Working with images helps to make visible what is going on inside and can contribute to deepening the conversation.
For collaborative exploration and exchange. Participants work with their own images, while sharing fosters recognition and connection within the group.
For example, regarding personal development, change, or direction. Images make it possible to explore themes in a more intuitive way.
Where visual work plays a central role. By regularly creating and reading maps, depth and coherence are created in the process.
SoulCollage® can also be used as a form of SoulCollage® team building, where participants gain insight into themselves and the group dynamics through images and reflection.

"What a powerful tool"
“Lucy is a great trainer, both gentle and strong and also wise. She created a safe environment, a holding space, as if it were a womb. Very pleasant, open and warm. I felt free to be myself and to express myself, to express all kinds of personalities. There was no judgment and that is liberating.”
