This is how you make selfie cards!

MeCards4Kids™ (Dutch version) helps children to give a voice to their feelings, dreams, fantasies and thoughts. They can solve life's questions in a playful way. Children learn to name what they experience: 'I am powerful', 'I am small, but strong', 'I am a loving person', 'I am grateful for the sun', 'I am happy', 'I am sad', 'I am afraid of monsters, but I tell them they do not scare me', 'I am lost in the forest, but I will save everyone because I am a superhero'. In this way, children develop their character and discover new possibilities within themselves.

MeCards4Kids™ involves children making a collage in card format, a selfie card, and writing a poem based on a number of open sentences. In this book, children (4-10 years old) tell you how to make selfie cards. Anyone who has children or works with children can use the book. Selfie cards can be made at school, at a birthday party, summer camp or after-school care. It is not only enriching for the children who make the cards, but also for those who guide them in their creative expression.
