What is SoulCollage®

SoulCollage® is an intuitive, creative method for personal development where you work with images and collage cards to better understand yourself.

You create personal cards that reflect different parts of yourself, your life, and your inner world, and learn to 'read' these cards as a source of wisdom and direction.

The SoulCollage® method is accessible, profound, and easy to start with. You don't need to be creative; it's not about making something beautiful, but about giving it meaning.

Discover the SoulCollage® method

SoulCollage® connects imagery, intuition, and self-reflection. By creating cards, a personal visual language emerges that makes inner processes visible.

The SoulCollage® method was developed by Seena B. Frost and is used worldwide by people who want to look at themselves, their lives, and their choices in a different way.

Instead of analyzing or explaining, you work with images that resonate with you. You choose images, combine them into a card, and gradually discover what this card means to you.

Within SoulCollage®, these inner voices or energies are also called Neters. These Neters in SoulCollage® represent parts of yourself that want to be heard and acknowledged.

Each card represents a part of yourself or a greater power. These are also called Neters: inner voices that want to be heard.

How does SoulCollage® work?

With SoulCollage®, you work with images that intuitively appeal to you. You transform these images into personal SoulCollage® cards, which together form a gateway to your inner world. In practice, SoulCollage® works as follows:

Through a simple and guided SoulCollage® process, you engage with your cards and discover what messages they hold for you. The meaning of a SoulCollage® card emerges during its creation and especially when reading it. You don't need to analyze or overthink; insights come from within.

This way, you experience clarity, depth, and answers in a gentle, natural manner.

The 4 SoulCollage® Suits

In SoulCollage®, you work with different types of cards that together make your world visible. To maintain an overview, these are divided into four groups (Suits of SoulCollage):

  • Committee (Inner Selves)
  • Community (Relationships and Influences)
  • Companions (Instinct and Energy)
  • Council (Archetypes and Greater Wisdom)

Each group has its own quality and helps you to better understand your cards. You often discover this not by thinking about it, but by experiencing it as you create and work with the cards.

  • Example card SoulCollage

    1. Committee (internal parts)

The Committee cards reveal the different parts within yourself, such as a critical voice, a caring part, or a desire for freedom or control.

In SoulCollage®, you give these parts an image and a voice. This makes visible what is alive within you, without analysis. This often brings more understanding and gentleness: these parts are not working against you but are trying to communicate something.

    2. Community (relationships and influences)

The community group cards connect you with what lies outside yourself and has meaning. Think of people, places, animals, or experiences that have shaped you, such as:

    • a parent
    • a familiar place
    • a beloved pet

These cards show where you come from and what you carry with you.

    3. Companions (instinct and life force)

The companion group cards connect you with your instincts and natural energy. These are often animal or symbolic images, such as:

    • a wolf (intuition)
    • a bear (strength)
    • a bird (freedom)

They help you trust a deeper layer of knowing, beyond thought.

The cards of the Advisor group represent archetypal forces.

    Consider:

    • the Mother
    • the Hero
    • the Sage
    • the Traveler
    • the Protector

They provide direction and perspective and help you see situations from a larger context.

Cohesion between the SoulCollage® groups

Together, these four groups form a whole. The Committee cards show what lives within you. The Community cards show what has shaped you. The Companion cards connect you with your instinct and life force. The Council cards open up a broader layer of meaning and wisdom.

You don't need to understand this beforehand. As you create cards, you will notice that they naturally find their place. Over time, this classification will help you recognize patterns, see connections, and gain more insight into yourself and your life.

Why does SoulCollage® work so well?

SoulCollage® differs from many methods that primarily rely on thinking and analysis. Instead, you work with images that directly resonate with you, even before you put them into words.

This often allows you to get to the heart of what's truly going on more quickly. You don't have to understand or explain it first. You see what touches you and proceed from there.

Images work on multiple levels simultaneously. They evoke memories, reveal feelings, and show connections that you might not notice as quickly with just words.

Furthermore, you work without judgment. There is no right or wrong, no "correct" outcome. This makes it easier to honestly look at what lives within you.

Many people find that precisely this way of working leads to recognition and depth. Not because it's complicated, but because it's direct and personal.
